Sej Ramic was born in Bosnia, Bosanski Petrovac in 1961. He attended elementary schools in Sarajevo and Bihac and he graduated from the colledge in Bihac in 1979. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 1983. Sej is currently a professor of art in Bihac, Bosnia.
